Kate Hardy has been a recreational diver since 2000 and is a qualified Dive Master. Though she has dived all around the UK she would admit to preferring the warmer climates of her holiday diving. She regularly travels to the Red Sea and the Med.
She is terrified of sharks but was brave enough to enter the shark tank at the Blue Planet Aquarium to raise money for a charity close to her heart. She has since dived with sharks in the wild and survived!
Her camera is ever present (if it’s not been lost or flooded!) and is usually in constant use, especially when her favourites are around; turtles and dolphins!
