Juliet Savigear
A friend of mine wooed me into diving with tales of zero visibility diving in Swansea in a short-sleeved semi-dry suit on a snowy day. Luckily she didn’t take me there for my first diving experience, but to the rather more clearer waters of the Red Sea, where I was taught by a truly dodgy slimeball 13 years ago. However, my enthusiasm for the seas didn’t fade and I am now a Dive Master with an obsession for marine life and love of underwater photography. A couple of years ago I decided to combine my job with my hobby and started doing marketing within the Scuba diving industry.
I have dived in a variety of places including: the Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia, the Mediterranean, Tobago, the Canary Islands, Iceland and the UK. My next trip will be heading off to the Islay in Scotland and then hopefully to Papua New Guinea – so any recommendations for these locations would be gratefully received.
